Project Ultra is dedicated to making our neighbourhoods, schools, homes and our lives safer by simple and effective training techniques.
Learn to: Recognise conflict, handle difficult situations, spot suspicious activity, and avoid being a victim of crime.
Courses can be run from your home or garden (weather permitting)

Safety Awareness for foreign travel (Business/Pleasure)
Self Defence for Women €28 = 5 Hours
Self Defence for Men €15 = 2 Hours
